I ordered from babybay.us after a friend recommended it, and the whole process was really easy. The website was simple to navigate, checkout went through without any weird errors, and I got my confirmation email right away. No issues at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I really wanted to be wowed by the babybay, and at first glance, it does look lovely. The wood has a nice feel overall and it definitely has that sweet, cozy nursery vibe. But then came the closer inspection, and that’s where the drama began. A few parts just didn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped, some edges were a little rough, and the finish was more “okay” than “wow.” Once it’s set up, it does the job perfectly fine, so it’s not a disaster by any means. I just expected a bit more polish and better build quality for the price. Nice, but not flawless.

Support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. My sister was helping me keep an eye on the order too, and we both thought the tracking updates were a little confusing at times. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the tracking was clearer

The Babybay is sitting next to our bed solid, which I like a lot. The safety straps make me feel better about it too. Setting it up was a little bit of a thing, not impossible, just took me longer than I thought

I mainly bought this for nighttime feeds, and I’ll admit it does help having the baby right there so I’m not fully getting up every time. But I did feel a little misled by how easy and sturdy it seemed like it would be. Setup took me longer than expected, and the fit just doesn’t feel as solid as I hoped. It’s a good idea and it has been useful, but for the price, I expected better.

I just don’t think it’s worth the money. I expected better for the price, and it kinda felt like a letdown.

I was a little unsure about finding sheets that would actually fit the babybay, but... the bedding from Babybay ended up working just fine. The mattress sheet stayed put, and it didn’t really bunch up much, which was a relief.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because I do wish there were more color options. But as far as sizing goes, yeah, it matched well and just made the whole setup easier...

This just didn’t work out for us. My baby slept so badly after using it, and we were up most of the night wondering what happened?? Maybe it works for others, but for us it was a rough experience

I really thought the Babybay was going to be the perfect solution for our small bedroom. But once we set it up, it still felt kind of awkward and took up more space than I expected. Trying to squeeze around the bed at night got old fast. i wish I had measured everything a little more carefully before ordering.

I ordered mine from babybay.us and honestly , I was kind of surprised by how simple it was to put together . I’m not the best at building things , but everything was straightforward and the instructions were easy enough to follow . I had it ready before the baby’s nap , so that felt like a small win .

I mainly got the Babybay because I was tired of bending over the crib all night. it’s made a big difference. Having baby right next to the bed makes night feeds and check-ins so much easier on my back and shoulders. The setup did take a little longer than I thought it would, and getting it adjusted was kind of a pain. But once it was in place, it’s been super handy and I’m really glad we have it.

One of the parts on our babybay started acting up after a few months, which was annoying because otherwise we really liked it. I emailed about the warranty, and they got back asking for photos and the order details — standard stuff, no big deal.

They did approve the replacement and sent it out, so that part was good. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I kept checking my email like, okay, any update? But in the end they sorted it without making me argue or jump through a million hoops. Good experience overall, just wish communication had been a little faster.

The babybay looks nice and does the job, but wow, cleaning it is more of a hassle than I expected. Dust and crumbs somehow end up in every little corner, and I don’t have the patience to keep taking parts off just to wipe it down properly. Even the mattress cover takes more effort than it should. For the price, I really thought it would be easier to maintain. It’s not awful, but for everyday baby messes, it’s kind of frustrating.

I found it frustrating trying to get accessories for my Babybay. A lot of the things I needed were either out of stock or just not easy to find on the site. For what it costs, I really expected the whole process to be smoother. Not the best experience

I’m really happy with how this looks in our nursery. The design is simple and without feeling too busy, and it blends in perfectly with the soft colors in the room. It adds just the right little decorative touch and makes the space feel more finished.

My order ended up taking way longer than the site said it would, which was already frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so for a few days I had no clue where the package even was. When it finally arrived, the box was banged up too. Overall, the whole delivery experience felt careless and disappointing...

It’s okay overall, but from room to room moving it is a bit awkward. I thought it would be easier, honestly.
